About Pam
Pam Reece teaches women how to handle stress smarter using nervous system-based, body-first approaches that actually work in real life.
She’s spent 20+ years working with women in demanding roles (law, healthcare, education, corporate leadership) teaching regulation tools that hold up under pressure. She trained at Health, one of NYC’s first complementary medical centers, and through MBSR, The Center for Mind-Body Medicine, and HeartMath.
Before all this, she was a commercial casting director finding “real people” for national campaigns. Burnout pushed her toward something different. She became a yoga teacher before wellness was a $4.5 trillion industry, and now her work spans corporate trainings, private coaching, and consulting with women’s health organizations.
These days, she spends a lot of time explaining to high-achieving women why they can’t just think their way calm. Which is also what she has to remind herself of, regularly, in New York City.
